Ingredients:
* 2 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and chopped finely
* 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
* 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
* 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
* 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped finely
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
* ½ teaspoon sugar
* salt (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge for about an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together! We substituted one seeded habanero for a jalapeno to add some heat.
